How good is the quality when you develop from Instagram?

Really good, if we do say so ourselves. As you probably know, Instagram offers a range of filters. The images also get great contrasts, colours and light. All this gives life to both cards and pictures and so Instagram photos really are perfect for developing.

Must my photos remain on Instagram after I have ordered?

Make sure that they are there for at least 30 minutes to be sure. Normally your photos are downloaded right after you place your order, but sometimes it can take a minute or two more. However if you want to order something you have previously created and ordered, then the images have to still be on Instagram.

Can I order from the Swedish web shop instead?

That would be something! But unfortunately it is not possible. The products we send to Norway are all listed in the Norwegian web shop.

Open in separate page >

Why are there more products in the Swedish web shop?

Good question. The answer is simply that we as it stands now cannot send our major products to Norway where they would exceed the duty-free purchase limit.

Why do not you send to all ZIP codes?

We want, and are constantly looking for new solutions. However, currently our distributor in Norway has a limited delivery area.

All images developed for our products are reviewed mechanically. Our printing office also manually takes random samples to review the quality in the smallest detail.

If you order a non-photo-based product (e.g. a lens), you have 14 day return policy and a one year warranty (in agreement with Consumer Protection law). To return a product, please contact our customer service. Remember to include your order number and to state that you want to make a return.

Can I send back e.g. cards or pictures?

Unfortunately we are not able to offer returns. This is because the photographic products are produced uniquely for you. If something would have gone wrong, we would really appreciate if you contacted our customer services so that we can assist you however possible.

Why does my developed image not look quite the same as on my screen?

Screens and printouts have different conditions for presenting pictures. A dark picture or dark parts of an image can be perceived darker in print than on-screen, because the printout does not have the same possibility of showing details the way a telephone or computer screen does. Pixels or ‘grains’ (commonly occurring in the Instagram-world’s filters) may also become more prominent in print than on screen.

We’re unable to do anything about these potential differences. If you are unsure how your images will turn out, our advice to you is to order just a few pictures first to test and see how they turn out. If you are satisfied with the results, you can then order more.

Seriously, are the sample prints really just normal Instagram photos?

Absolutely, always. They go through the same processing systems and procedures as for when you order. The pictures we use are from photographer Elin Kero’s Instagram feed.
