Terms and conditions of sale

Our terms and conditions apply to all products and act as a guide to our approach to trading.




When ordering

When you order from us your order is binding. If you encounter any problems with your order we will contact you directly. If you are under 18 you will need parental permission when ordering from us.

Your order confirmation

Once we have received your order and payment, we will send a confirmation to your e-mail. It is a good idea to check that all information is correct. Contact us if you have any questions, and save the confirmation email so that you can provide the order number to our customer services.

Your delivery

Go to the page Delivery to see the delivery times for each product. If you order in connexion with a major holiday, it may take an extra day for your delivery to reach you.

If your item is damaged in transit

Report any damage to our customer service. In order to handle your report we may need images of the damaged packaging and product(s). The images will be used to investigate the cause of the damage and to make a complaint with the post office.

If you do not collect your package

Once your package has arrived to your local collection office, you will receive a notification via SMS, e-mail or letter. You must pick up the package within 14 days. We have no possibility to extend this period. After 14 days, the package will be returned to us. The item will be charged the full value and there is an additional cost of return shipping and handling. The fee for this is NOK 150 and will be charged via a separate bill. We can of course send the package out again once we have received it. The item will be discarded after one month.


If you want to change or cancel

If you want to change or cancel, you must do it as soon as possible. This is because our system will process your order automatically (so that the delivery time is as short as possible). Therefore, we can never guarantee that it is possible to halt the order.

If we succeed in halting the developing of your images you will receive a promotional code from us of the amount you spent. The money cannot be refunded however.

If you wish to complain about a product

If you are dissatisfied with a product, please contact our customer services. If there are defects with the product or material, we will of course provide a replacement. For this type of defect we would tend replace it with a new product.

If you change your mind

Because our products always are unique, thanks to your personal photos, there is no right of withdrawal or cancellation right. This is an exception to a customer always otherwise being entitled to 14 days of full withdrawal from the date you receive the goods home when purchasing online. This is according to the distance and off-premises sales act.

Returns and Refunds

In the case of a return it will not be approved until we have checked the goods. If we accept the return, we will refund the sum in the same way as when you paid for the item. Thus, if you paid by card, we will refund to the same card. If the return is not accepted, we will send the item back to you. You then pay the postage. Do not return anything without first talking to our customer services. Remember that products for approved returns must be returned intact and in the original packaging.

If there are errors in the delivery

If you get the wrong item, please contact our customer services. Describe your case as clearly as possible and we will do our best to help you. During weekdays we will respond within 24 hours, and in fact almost always faster than that.


About the handling of your personal data

We treat all your data confidentially and all payments on Printasquare take place via Klarna Checkout. Your personal information is handled in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Personal Data Act (PDA) in Sweden.

If a customer makes the purchase in someone else’s name or uses someone else’s Swedish social security number (Personnummer) without their consent, and this incurs financial or other damages to Printasquare, the customer will be reported to the police.


About our VIP membership

VIP is a service we provide for our regular customers. The membership means that you will get certain benefits when using Printsquare.

Your membership will automatically expire after 12 months.


Order value

We do not send orders to Norway in excess of the current duty-free limit of NOK 350 incl. shipping. This is so that the recipient of the order receives their package simply and easily. We are happy to send all items available on printasquare.com/no.


You have to enter your postcode in the field available at the checkout to ensure that we can deliver your goods. After you have done this, and if delivery is possible, Klarna will be displayed and you can complete your order. The same postcode must always be stated in the basket’s address field as well as Klarna’s, otherwise your shipment not be sent and the order will not be refunded.


Possible errors on printasquare.com

We reserve the right for any errors that may appear on this site. The errors can be price-related and/or of a technical or informative nature.

If an item runs out or is discontinued

If an item runs out or if there is a miscalculation of the number of stock items, we have the right to cancel the purchase and refund any payments from the customer. We then begin a dialogue with the customer on how we can resolve this in the best way. The customer also has the option to choose a different product instead of being refunded their payment.

In the case of a force majeure

Unforeseen events and those which are beyond our control are considered a force majeure. These may be events such as

– War
– Natural Disasters
– Strikes
– Official decisions from government bodies
– Lack of delivery from suppliers
– Circumstances of greatly increased costs

In a case of force majeure Printasquare is freed from its obligations to fulfil contractual agreements.

Printasquare reserves the right at any time to change these conditions. Each time you use the service, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
